NotarisVoorstel

NotarisVoorstel is a platform that helps people looking for a notary, for example for buying a home, drafting a will, or setting up a company, quickly find a suitable office nearby and request a quote directly. I originally built this project for a client, and we've since started collaborating to grow the platform further together. Search works by location and specialism, using the Dutch land registry's (Kadaster/PDOK) location service to convert postal codes and city names into coordinates. Notary offices get their own management area to maintain their profile, services and rates, and can get extra visibility through a paid subscription handled via Mollie. The platform also includes a knowledge base with explainer articles, a customer review system, and automated emails (quotes, review requests) sent through a dedicated mail provider.
