Project details
For SubFee I helped build a monetization platform that lets content creators put exclusive photos, videos and posts behind a paywall. The system is built around a Laravel backend that handles users, content, comments, giveaways, and Stripe subscriptions and payments, with file storage on AWS S3. On top of that sit two separate React dashboards: one for creators to upload content, set up their profile and branding (logo, colors, background), manage subscribers, and track earnings and payouts, and one for subscribers to browse the content feed, sign in (including via Google, Facebook and Apple), manage payment methods, and enter giveaways. Platform-wide administration, such as overseeing all creators and subscribers, runs through a separate server-rendered admin section inside the Laravel application itself.
Result
- Live monetization platform that lets creators put exclusive photos, videos and posts behind a paywall.
- Two separate dashboards: one for creators (content, profile/branding, subscriber management, earnings and payouts) and one for subscribers (feed, login, payment methods, giveaways).
- Subscriptions and payments run entirely through Stripe, with file storage on AWS S3.
