Project details
For real estate agency Adversity I built the integration with Realworks, the system Dutch estate agents use to manage their property listings, along with the pages that display that listings data. On the archive page (/woningen/), visitors can filter by location, status, property type, price, and construction year, with live result counts per filter option. The individual property page includes a photo lightbox, a tabbed layout for overview, description, and features, the energy label, downloadable brochures, and a Google Maps view with Street View of the location. I built the small interactive pieces, such as the tabs and the lightbox, with Alpine.js, and styled everything with Tailwind CSS. One specific challenge was filtering out certain statuses from the Realworks sync, so that withdrawn or cancelled listings don't accidentally show up on the site.
Result
- Archive page with live filters on location, status, type, price and construction year, with result counts that update per filter option.
- Detail page with a photo lightbox, tabbed layout, energy label, downloadable brochures and a Google Maps view with Street View.
- Withdrawn or cancelled listings are automatically filtered out of the Realworks sync, so they don't accidentally show up on the site.
Scope
- What I did
- The Realworks integration, the filterable archive page, and the property detail page, including the status filtering.
- What the client did
- Adversity: the property listings themselves, managed via Realworks, and the rest of the website.
What changed
- For home seekers: faster filtering on relevant criteria, with result counts updating instantly.
- For the agency: no withdrawn or outdated listings accidentally staying visible on the site.
